We created Sleepy Magnesi-Om for those nights when you need some help falling asleep. Unlike our regular Magnesi-Om, it has a microdose of plant-based melatonin to support sleep without the hangover.* Sleepy Magnesi-Om is also formulated with magnesium bisglycinate in place of magnesium citrate which is used in regular Magnesi-Om, and a higher dose of L‑theanine for maximum calm.

No. We don’t recommend drinking Sleepy Magnesi-Om and Magnesi-Om on the same day because this would go over the upper intake limit of magnesium. Instead, we suggest drinking Magnesi-Om nightly, and switching to Sleepy Magnesi-Om on nights when you need a little extra help sleeping.
